Refund Policy

Updated as of 1/20/2025 and applies to all orders placed after this date.

Returns

Skin Care and Personal Care are goods that are exempt from being returned. We cannot reuse or resell such items and we do not offer refunds.

Additionally , we do not refunds on gift cards or skin care accessories.

If your product was damaged in shipment or not functioning properly - please send a detailed email of what the situation is and take pictures and submit them to care@skinsutra.com for review. We may require you to ship items back for review. In that case- once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the outcome. Shipping expenses to be paid by customer or S​kin Sutra - will vary depending on the situation. Usually shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total.
We cannot refund but we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.​

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the same applies as above. If your item(s) is damaged or not working we will provide a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit code will be created in your name.
